Internal initiatives, such as a recruitment focus on hiring diverse candidates, creating cultural awareness through company-wide workshops, flexible working hours and encouraging parental leave are a few of the concrete steps taken to prioritize an inclusive work culture. Another company initiative is to attend local tech events to build connections with the Berlin community and potential candidates.
